PURPOSE: The purpose of this giveaway is to 1) celebrate families of America and 2) to give the gift of some of the most stunning family portraits to your parent(s)

CONTEST RULES: Must be 18 or older to enter. One entry per person/household

GRAND PRIZE: The winner of this giveaway will receive a gift certificate for family portraits with Joshua J. Jimmink. These gift certificates will be gifted from you (the winner) to a parent and can be redeemed for a portrait session and wall art credit anytime in 2025. I will be selecting the winners on Wednesday, 2/26/25 at 5pm.

THE GIFT CERTIFICATE: If you are a gift certificate winner, a quick 10-minute phone call is required to confirm mailing address, timing of your session, etc. After the phone call, your certificate will be mailed to you from Texas within 14 days. Please allow adequate time to receive it.

PLANNING THE SESSION: Session scheduling is based on artist's availability. After the gift is given, I require a portrait planning meeting before the session. This is where you and your parent sit down with Joshua over a Zoom video call to talk about your story, select a date, location, what to wear, and what to expect for the session. This portrait planning meeting and the session can be done anytime in 2025. For locations outside the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, session must be scheduled during a window of time that the artist will be in your area. Otherwise, you may pay a travel fee.

INVESTMENT: All fees for this family portrait session are waived. ($700 Session Fee and any travel fees (if session is scheduled during window of time that Joshua is in your area)) The gift certificate includes the artist's time, edits, (3) digital files printable up to 8x12, and a $500 Wall Art Credit should you wish to invest in heirloom wall art after seeing the finished portrait. All of my handcrafted wall art is sold separately. Wall art pricing starts at $2000. No purchase necessary.

PUBLIC USAGE OF PHOTOS: When portraits are posted publicly (electronically or in print) it must be cited as the work of Joshua J. Jimmink. This includes Facebook, magazines, photo contests, etc. (a watermarked copy will also be included in your final collection)

MODEL RELEASE: We reserve the right to display any photographs and video taken in conjunction with this session as samples of our work for the purposes of advertising. This includes promotion on the internet.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Winners will be messaged through Instagram or Facebook by Joshua Jimmink on 2/26/2025 after 5pm CST. Five winners will be selected.

TRANSPORTATION: The winner is responsible for their own transportation costs to and from all events associated with the portrait making process.

PRIZE TRANSFER: No prize may be transferred or substituted for its cash value.

FORFEITURE: Should any of the above terms and conditions not be met, the prize will be forfeited.
