My Name is Joshua. But you can also call me Josh. Have a seat and I'll share my story.
In 1998, I wasn't a portrait photographer. In fact, I might have been a lot like your kid. I was a 10-year-old, Breyer-horse-and-cattle-loving, cowboy-hat-wearing boy embarking into the wonderful world of showing livestock.
There were so many aspects of it that I loved. The sounds of a quiet barn, when all the animals have been fed, running my hands through my steer's fuzzy coat that I'd spent hundreds of hours on, the nuzzling of a lamb that trusts you completely because you raised him on a bottle, the sight of the sun setting over a fairgrounds after a long, rewarding day of showing, and the joys and heartaches that come with it all.
This time played a huge part in making me the man I am today. And yet, now that I'm in my thirties, they are a distant memory.
That time of life was a crazy and fun whirlwind that went by so quickly.
We didn't know of anyone who photographed livestock show families like us.
And so we never slowed down to document my life-shaping years. Document them in a way that not only captured every feeling and meaningful detail, but celebrated it in a stunning way for us to think back on for a lifetime. Not just for me, but my kids and their future kids.
So you can relive the feeling of each life memory - celebrating God's blessings along the way.
Your unique story deserves to be captured in a way that you absolutely love. That's why I want to be sure I'm the right guy for the job.
I don't photograph everyone who approaches me. I want you to have the best portrait experience of your life and so it's important to me that I work with families who share my values.
I'm truly looking forward to hearing more about you and your life's story. Please fill out the contact form and I'll be in touch very soon with all the details.

I'd love for you to say Hi!
In September of 2020, I married Noelle, the sweetest girl ever!
Now, with my own family, I'm determined to not let the moments go by. I want to slow down often enough to take my wife's hand, gaze into her eyes and say "I love you". To give my son a great big hug and and say, "I'm thankful God gave me you". To have a home-cooked family meal around the table. And to capture our love and our memories in the most beautiful way possible.
My wife and I love playing together whether it's volleyball or codenames. We laugh often and forgive quickly. Because we certainly don't love perfectly however much we desire to. We are grateful for Jesus's example of how to love perfectly.
I'm always looking for a way to make my son (Jordan) grin from from ear to ear and Noelle just can't get enough of his snuggles.
Together, we are loving family life raising the next generation of Americans.
